This is a very early exploration and storyboard for my MA final film. Created in response to a brief on reimagined futures, and my research into utopias in film and animation. I was heavily inspired by dark fantasy films and liminal space within dream sequences.
My current animation storyline is a full dream-sequence, the viewer is led into fantastical liminal spaces by an animal guide. For my animation I am using a deer as they appear all throughout folklore and religion as a symbol of ecological conservation- the topic of my piece.
